Can I change my order?

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before it is submitted as orders cannot be modified once placed. Double + triple check that all details are correct.

How long till we get a response to a customer service question?

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24hrs for your email to be responded to by our customer service team. Any emails sent after business hours are responded to next business day. Emails sent Friday after 5pm PST through Sunday evening are responded to Monday.
