We know sometimes it doesn’t work out. We’re here to help!
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. store credit only, No refunds.
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items.
Returns not sent within 10 days of the return window will be disqualified for a return.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and, unaltered. Should be free of: deodorant, makeup, stains, odors, rips, etc... Items found damaged or used will not be eligible for return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@jaylasstyles.com. When return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your item of any problems or damages to your order, otherwise they will not be eligible for a return for store credit.
The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products .
Exceptions / non-returnable items
ANY ITEM MARKED DOWN IS FINAL SALE.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products). Items in our Intimates (such as Bras, underwear, pasties, and other undergarment items) are non-returnable due to sanitary purposes. As well as all jewelry, and any accessories.

Exchanges
The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the item(s), once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a store credit code for the amount of the item(s) returned.
Note: Once emailed store credit code, you have 3 months to use your store credit otherwise the code will expire. Expiration date will appear on digital card.
